6 Tips for 'Virtual School' Success at Home

IT Support

To facilitate an inclusive digital home learning environment, the ISL IT department has extended its services to support home learning. With immediate effect – parents and students are invited to use this service by emailing itservices@islqatar.org. Your email message will be read by our helpdesk team and assigned to the appropriate expert.

Our experts have access to remote support tools in case hands-on help is needed. Please note we can currently only remotely access Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac devices. At this time, we are unable to connect to tablets or mobile phones remotely.

Through the initial home e-learning period, and during school hours, we will respond to all email message within an hour. This target allows us to assign the appropriate expert to further follow up with you. Further down the line, we aim to extend our service by offering telephone support and basic out-of-hours technical support. We will keep you informed on these plans.
