Information for Directors

  • Please ensure that your delegation arrives at the conference venue on time, ideally twenty (20) minutes before the start time, as the schedule is tight and the possibility for schedule flexibility is limited given the constraints of the venue.
  • Please note that male Delegates and Chairs are expected to wear business attire that fully covers shoulders and knees and does not highlight bodily dimensions (Suit, Tie, Shirt, Professional Shoes, Long Socks).
  • Also, please note that female Delegates and Chairs are expected to wear business attire that fully covers shoulders and knees and does not highlight bodily dimensions (Professional Medium Sized - Long Skirt, Blouse, Professional Shoes, Dark leggings.)
  • All fees are non-refundable in case of absence of a paying Delegate or other paying MUN stakeholder.
  • An attendance fee of QR 250 applies to Directors as well as Delegates, Student Officers and Executive Team members.
  • In case of changes to Form 2 details, please contact the Executive team immediately within one week of the conference date.
