English Language Support Services (EAL & ELS)
In an inclusive environment, students are immediately welcomed at ISL Qatar to become successful members of the whole school, as they have the opportunity to share their mother tongue, values and rich experiences from their own social and cultural backgrounds at the same time as learning English.
ISL Qatar offers a research-based, highly effective English as an Additional Language (EAL) and English Language Support (ELS) programmes for students who are new to learning in English or continue to benefit from English language support. The EAL/ELS department uses a range of assessments to determine placement in, and exit from, the EAL/ELS programmes.
